How often are new items added to the site?
- New styles & brands are added to our website daily. If you don't see something you like today, check back tomorrow.
What are Your condition standards?
- We offer 5 different condition standards. New with Tags, New without Tags, Like New, Gently Used, & Signs of Wear. We will never sell you an item that is in worse condition than described.

What are your shipping and delivery options?
- Standard (3-5 days) - $6.90
- Expedited (2 days) - $9.90
How do I track my order?
- Within 48 hours of your purchase your item will be shipped and the tracking number will be included in the confirmation email. It will be sent to the email address you used at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
- Yes. You have 12 hours after checkout to cancel your order, unless you have already received your confirmation email. Then you must process it as a return. To cancel an order please email your request with order number & reason for cancellation to: email@example.com.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
